So you need to be on a gluten free diet. But it seems so hard! The transition can seem challenging with questions like: "What is there to eat?" and "How will I enjoy eating out with friends?"

In this recorded lecture from Hawthorn University on Oct. 4, 2011, Marjie answers those questions, and discusses how to make a tasteful, sustaining transition. She talks about what foods to eat, hidden ingredients, challenges and obstacles, and how to make gluten free foods taste good, how to handle restaurant dining, and most importantly, the health benefits of remaining on a gluten free diet.

Read this article Marjie wrote for Natural Awakenings Magazine, December 2009 issue.  "Don't Skim On The Milk" discusses the benefits of full-fat, whole milk & dairy products for kids up to 2 years.
